    Filling out the table （General）

    題型介紹：

    you are asked to finish a chart or a table by filling the missing information.

    這類題型是每次必考的，而且通常一次考試會出現(xiàn)多次，在4個Section中，都可能出現(xiàn)。

按照表格的形式，大致可分成兩個類型：

    i. List型

    Feature：head of the list

    It always talks about various aspects of one event

    ii. Table型

    Feature：head of every column and row

    In most of the case，it is the comparison of several events

    做題步驟與技巧：

    1．讀題： 1）讀懂題目要求

    2）讀例子，然后排除例子中已經(jīng)存在的答案內(nèi)容

    2．猜題：LIST： key word ? the head of the list 

    （大致決定哪個方面的內(nèi)容）

    Context ? the content before and following the blank 

    （進一步縮小答案的范圍，決定詞性）

    TABLE：key word ? the head of every column and row 

    （大致決定哪個方面的內(nèi)容）

    Context ? the content before and following the blank 

    （進一步縮小答案的范圍，決定詞性）

    Number of the blank ? structure 

    （決定它是按列的順序說的還是按行的順序說的）

    3．聽題：聽到關鍵詞定位到一行或一列，再聽到context定位到某一個blank

    4. 寫題：抓住關鍵詞和上下文關系后馬上用簡寫填上

    5．查題：

    l 大小寫

    l 單復數(shù)

    l 貨幣符號

    l 時態(tài)

    l 拼寫

    l 題目要求的字數(shù)限制
    注意事項：

    l 一定要按照序號答題。

    l 要重點注意時間，地名，人名，貨幣等

    l 對于一般的單詞，盡量要簡寫，節(jié)省時間
    Filling out the table （Personal Information）
這類題目的題型和Filling out the table （General）是一樣的，只是內(nèi)容上要填的是個人信息，通常的錄音內(nèi)容是interview，或是introduction，在Section 2，3中常出現(xiàn)。

    個人信息一般包括：姓名，年齡，地址，愛好等等一些細節(jié)，有可能涉及時間日期或是貨幣。
    考生要特別注意姓名的拼寫，一般在錄音中會拼寫，但速度較快，數(shù)字，時間也是一大考點，要在平時多注意培養(yǎng)自己對字母和數(shù)字的敏感度。

    做題的技巧和步驟和Filling out the table （General）是一樣的，在此不重復了。
